Hello All!


I'm going to be the big 5-0 this year and finally have committed to getting myself in shape.  I have started the C25K program and for the most part it is going smoothly.  I am having problems with my left knew hurting on the inner side under the bone. My right knew is not affected.   I have the proper shoes and using proper running techniques.  Any suggestions on how to avoid this would be great. Thank you.
