  1. Hey guys! So I've had this app on my phone for about a month now. And I want to be serious about this. I've gained too much weight this year, and I desperately want to lose weight. I recently got off my anxiety and depression medication and have been stress eating over school lately. I am very insecure and constantly worried about people judging me about my weight and generally thinking I am gross or unattractive. I don't know how to start. Motivation is very hard for me. Lately all I've been wanting to do is lay on my bed. If any of you have any tips on starting motivation every week, that would help me a lot. I would also love a buddy? If this helps: I'm a younger(in my teens) girl, very artsy(drawing painting guitarist), I love everything to do with music.
