  1. I am trying to returning to trail running after a considerable hiatus. I've been a fan of "barefoot" running, although I didn't actually run barefoot, but with thin-soled shoes. I grew up wearing moccasins and still wear them a lot, so I'm more comfortable when I can feel the ground. I'm curious about whether folks have used this app successfully for train running. I'm also curious about thoughts on trail running technique and equipment, especially shoes. Thanks!
