[Been out of the game, want to 5K on Thanksgiving Day]

I just completed w3d1 with the goal of running the whole 5k I already registered for on Thanksgiving Day. You can do this, we can do this!

My boyfriend and I signed up for our first 5k ever! We ran together a few years ago before I found out I was pregnant. Now we have an almost 2 years old and are ready to take control of our health. Our 5k is Thankgiving Day, so we have time to get where we want to be.
