[BCAA's with only cardio]

Should I use BCAA's b4 a cardio workout and a protein shake after?

Well I fell off the fitness wagon in 2012 when I went back on some meds and gained back all I lost. I want to get back to running 4 miles a day and dropping these pounds. Time to bring sexy back lmao
