Newbie training for 5K. Had Salmonella poisoning; went vegan. Started eating healthy to lose weight. I want to be able to run a mile without being out of breathe or walk/jog. This is a new adventure for me. Looking forward to participating in the Your Not Alone 5K - first one to help bring awareness to our local community regarding suicide and help in suicide prevention on different levels.
