  1. Hello. I was wondering if I could Run like 5 Times per week.

     

    The whole question started because I really enjoyed the app so I want to finish the program, but the problem was that as many does I started to run to lose fat.

     

    So now I have mixed feelings cause I wanna finish the program but was in doubt if running 3 times per week are too little to lose KG.

     

    Also I want to ask if I can do the program twice per day to do at least 30min of workout.
