I'm new from Naples, Italy. I have heard from several people not to run in the city because of all the smog. I've been told to run closer to the sea. Is this true? I'm new to running and Naples.

I've just about finished the 8 week program. I'm running my first 5k in Naples, Italy. I would love some tips, help, advice, anything for before and after the race. Thank you!
