  1. I feel like I turned a small corner of progress in Week 3. Generally stronger and feeling like running is easier although still slow as mud. I also think the rest days have prevented injuries I've had in the past training on my own and going too fast, like shin splints and plantar fasciitis. No weight loss yet, though. Anyone else have similar results at Week 3?
