Sean90 got a reaction from Speedingsloth in Round 2
Last time I made it all the way to week 8 day 3 and just stopped. Feel horrible about it due to all the lost. My wife shipped off for the military and I have my two kids all to my self. So didn't really have time to run. Now I am making time. I'm on week 3 day 2. Going to finish this time no matter what. And make running a permanent part of my life. I also have goals to enlist in the army when she gets back from basic training and AIT

I haven't ran since my last post. I still get on and read though. Work has been nuts. On 30 minute break right now. Good thing is I still have room hustle pretty hard running back and forth at work. So I take advantage of it. Not getting winded anymore. Saturday morning going to hit w8d1. Good job on finishing ruthie. I am by no means quiting

Sean90 got a reaction from Ruthie in W2D1
Just finished week 7. Proud of myself. I ran for 30 minutes today just because. Wasn't to my car and wanted to see what azatol was talking about. So 30 minutes and 2.8 miles. I want to say to anyone that is just starting out. Please don't give up. Completely worth it to fight through and continue the program. Everything in my life has gotten better. Have a much better outlook on everything. I'm proud of myself and the way my body is changing. My wife is proud of me... Just keep going and you will be happy also. Happy running

I'm done with it. Felt great. Neck and neck still. Not a race. But I do like the accountability. As I'm running I'm thinking. "I can't get back on just to tell ruthie I didn't finish" haha. But It's cool because I know I have more in me when it's time to stop. Saturday morning is my next run

I didn't run w6d3 tonight. Work schedule has been all messed up and haven't slept much last few days (been covering someone for there vacation) tonight just went out and ran a mile. Felt pretty good. Bit didn't start the program so I didn't keep going. Feel good. Just didn't want to go a full 5 days before getting some kind of run in. So Saturday morning I will complete week 6. I'm sure of it

Sean90 got a reaction from Jeshi in W2D1
W6d2 complete. It was definitely easier than the previous run. Thursday is another long run. I believe 22 minutes. Yay. Looking forward to it. May wait till Friday though. Give my shins some rest. I did get my mile down under 10 minutes today. So proud of myself there. Considering I started at about 15. Want to get it down to around 7. Obviously not by the end of the program but in the future. Jeshi. Are u still doing every other day. Or something different. I'm considering running and doing 2 days off between runs now. Because they are all over 20 minutes now. Input appreciated. Thanks for the encouragement everyone
