I m on day 2 & it felt harder than yesterday when I started. Purserverance got the snail on the ark! (Not sure if I spelled that right) lol Help! Day 1 was a disaster, I'm very much out of shape and probably 60lbs over weight. I walked 95% of day 1 and trying it out. I need to work on my endurance and breathing but I just don't know where to start. Should I add I've never been a jogger/runner in my 29 years! I'm looking to get healthy and in shape. My wedding is in 9.5 months. I don't want to be the big bride. Any advice would be great!
