[What's the best underwear for a male]

Hey guys.. I wear compression shorts and I'm a bigger guy. I've been running now for about 5 weeks and I'm just fine. I did buy shorts with the under wear part built in and they thing is fine (and everything says put).

Hello, I just purchased an iwatch and I would love to use this app with my iwatch. However, does the paid version tell the iwatch when to run/walk etc. there is another app that does but I'd rather stay with this app.
