  1. Just downloaded the app on recommendation of a co-worker (who runs half marathons all the time). I've always been an active person playing softball, basketball, etc. However, I've never really been a small person. I'm currently about 75 pounds over weight and terrified to start(feel like I'm setting myself up to fail). But I feel I need to do this for my health, confidence and to be a good role model for my patients (I'm a physical therapist assistant). Any words of advice and/or motivation are GREATLY appreciated!
