Finding the right people to fill your roles is the single biggest challenge in yoga studios today. You can’t grow into a multi-location yoga business without having the right people in the correct roles.

Remember, a resume is always a record of embellished accomplishments with all the low points removed. A resume is an Instagram filter for their professional career. We have to get past those filters to find out who the person is, and if they fit into our yoga studio in the roles that we need someone to thrive in. It isn't uncommon for a yoga instructor applying for a management position, or a lead instructor position, who has a resume that says they have the experience necessary to fill the role but have not been totally truthful about their experience. Those are the teachers we have to filter out ASAP.

When you have a position that will be responsible for the growth of your yoga studio, you must be extremely diligent in your hiring process. Remember, if you want to grow your business, you have to have A-level employees. The only way to make sure you have A-level employees and not a studio full of B and C employees, or worse, is by checking the references they have listed and finding your own references for the potential hire.

ive been running for 7 weeks and I just bought an Apple Watch 7 and have the pro app. I started a run and while running I started the app on my phone. It was active throughout my whole workout and I thought it recorded my run. Now it’s neither recorded on my phone or my watch! Very annoying. 

now note that I use cellular and ran without my phone. Is that possible or do I have to run with my phone for my workout to be synced with the app?

It is clear that this will attribute greater importance to the optimization of images. The main factors that I have been able to verify are:

- The inclusion of logos and brands, thus being able to differentiate the products or articles in the case of an e-commerce

- The optimization of alt text, titles and alternative texts.

- Have uploaded a good number of images (without being abusive).

- Optimize the EXIF- the properties of the image (place of the photo, with which model it was taken, time, etc.)

These are the main points that I have found information about. Without a doubt, this new Google functionality is a gold mine mainly for e-commerce or Local SEO (my Business files).
