	I used to be able to play my saved music  (mp3's) when running, By pressing the music notes in the upper right hand corner. Now it just brings me to the unlimted pass screen.

	Beginning my journey to recovery (long story) and my cardio is shot. Used to have stamina out the wazoo but now it's long gone.

	So I started Day 1 and couldn't finish. The mind is willing but the flesh is weak; my legs gave out and I couldn't get enough breath to keep going after Run 3 of 8 on today's Day 1.

	I've read suggestions on other threads to just run every 3rd run, or redo Day 1 over and over until I can finish it. I appreciate the intent but that's incredibly demotivating. This app is called "Couch to 5K". Does it really consider the "couch" someone who can run for a full minute, eight times? If that's "couch" is there a setting or a premium offer or another app by the same development team that'll get me from "Barely Alive to Couch"?

	i used to use android for my C25K a few years ago. Since I’ve switched to Apple, I’m not sure if it’s a setting or it’s not available.<br />

	When I would do a run, it would say you are on run 4 of 6 or whatever. 
</p>

<p>
	Now, it just says “start running” or “start walking” without any indication of how many sets are left. <br />
	 
</p>

<p>
	is there a setting I can enable to get that back on iPhone or does it not exist anymore?
</p>

<p>
	I use MapMyWalk, Apple Music and c25k concurrently. <br />

This will include social distancing measures (2m policiy with floor makers and clear signage), capacity limits, hygienic measures both for members (gloves, towels, hydrogel and disinfection), and for employees (IPEs, masks or pannels), increase in cleaning frequency.. etc. All of those measures will need to be communicated clearly to members so they feel safe and comfortable coming back to the club. </span>

	I just installed this app a few days ago (Samsung Galaxy S9) and I notice that it's been starting on it's own in the background. I didn't launch the app and the only way to kill it is to force stop.

	How I do I configure the app so it doesn't launch in the background and drain my battery? Also, why does it start in the background at all?  Even if I close the running app, I still see an indication it's running in the background.

	I’m  about to do this again (first time was over 10 years ago and was awesome). About 4 years ago I stopped running after a fall and turf toe injury with avulsion fracture. Since then I’ve developed some arthritis and stiffness in that toe. I’m going to take it easy and I have Hoka rocker sole shoes but I’m wondering if anyone with similar affliction has any tips to share. <br />
