Hi, my name is Chris and this is my 2nd try.  I made it to around week 4 last year but didn't keep it up.  I really want to do this.....mostly for my health as I am 51 with young kids and also because 2 of my kids have become lovers of running.

Hi...im Shannon.  I am 47 and completely out of shape.  I am hoping this will help keep me motivated.  I just started this evening...only made it through half of the first workout, but will try again to.orrow.

Hi, I'm 51 with high blood pressure, it's tough but I'm doing it....yay. Hoping to run a 5k with my daughter she'll have to slow down for me though!!

CClem33 the past is behind you and the future is what ever you want it to be! That's what great about life, each day we wake up is a new opportunity to make the day whatever we want it to be. I'm 53 and the heaviest I've ever been so today is my day 1, we all have to start somewhere (even if it's starting over). It's always about timing and this time is the right time for you so stay positive and motivated.
