  2. My daughter did fit girls and lost around 80 pounds! It's mostly just cleaner eating, meal prep so you don't have to cook every day and excercise as you can.
  3. Day 3 in the books! Just not sure if I should repeat week 1 or move on. Also not sure what to do on Inbetween days.
  4. Hi all you amazing fitness buffs! I am 54 years old. I've NEVER had to work at staying slim ( good metabolism I suppose) but I had a hysterectomy a few years ago and omg I have no waist and my stomach is taking over
  5. I'm 53 and wayyyyyyy out of shape! I have packed on pounds since my hysterectomy and am so discouraged with myself. But...I completed w1d1 today and I am still breathing! I absolutely love seeing the support on this app! I am really hoping I can stay the course. Good luck everyone!
  6. Today was my w1d1 and I totally did not die! I will be 54 in January and have NEVER. EVER. ran for excercise before. Or consistently worked out at all for that matter . I was always thin growing up and never had to work at it. Well, after a hysterectomy it has all gone south! I am getting so thick around my middle it is awful! I never thought I'd get in this bad of shape but I'm there. And it stinks. I am hopeful and counting on this community to keep me accountable and motivated! I love knowing I'm not in this alone!
